UX Designer

Job Description UX Designer Hybrid, Bangalore Full time INTO's mission: Transforming international student academic and career success through exceptional university partnerships. INTO University Partnerships is looking for a UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore. You'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, evidence-based user experiences for international students and partners around the world. From research and wireframes to usability testing and design systems, you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and visual design teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. Responsibilities - Conduct user research and gather insights to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. - Create user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that define intuitive, user-centered experiences. - Improve information architecture and usability across products to enhance clarity and efficiency. - Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesizing feedback to inform iterative design improvements. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UI designers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user goals. - Apply a data and evidence-driven approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, analytics, and business context to deliver impactful solutions. - Partner with the Visual Design team to ensure visual consistency and contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system. - Communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting messaging to suit various stakeholders. Requirements - Experience in UX design with end-to-end design expertise. - Experience in UX research, user flows, information architecture, and wireframing, with familiarity in UI design. - Demonstrated ability to integrate user research, analytics, and business data into the design process. - Experience creating and evolving design systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and high-quality user interfaces. - Proven experience incorporating accessibility best practices to create usable experiences for all users. - Proficiency in Figma. - A strong portfolio showcasing design projects focused on solving complex problems.
