Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly digital experiences that enhance how users interact with our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design thinking, user research skills, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. - Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. - Maintain and evolve our design systems and style guides. - Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Timely delivery of high-quality UI/UX design assets. - User satisfaction metrics (based on testing and feedback). - Improvement in product usability scores. - Adoption and consistency of design system across teams. - Number of design iterations based on data-driven decisions. Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and design execution. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
