Job Description Position- UI/UX Designer Exp- 5 Years Location- Bangalore Working mode- On- site(5days)About the Role We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for the CLO-SET platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless user experiences, creating high-quality visual assets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product improvements. Key Responsibilities - Plan and design the overall UX/UI of the CLO-SET platform. - Create feature specifications, UX storyboards, wireframes, and user flows. - Develop high-quality design deliverables using Figma and maintain a robust design system. - Produce digital branding assets such as banners, icons, and explanatory graphics. - Build interactive prototypes and user flows based on UX research insights. - Analyze user feedback and implement UX/UI improvements. - Participate in the full product lifecyclefrom ideation and hypothesis setting to design, launch, and validation. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Content Teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or service planning. - Strong experience in planning and managing platform services. - Hands-on expertise in building, documenting, and applying design systems. - Ability to create visually appealing interfaces with strong structural hierarchy. - Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie, etc. is a plus). - Understanding of Agile methodologies and fast-paced development environments. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Self-driven with the ability to plan and execute tasks independently. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with CLO software. - Knowledge of fashion production processes (Vendor / Technical Designer / Fashion Industry background). - Experience launching web or mobile products with measurable improvements. - Familiarity with 3D content creation tools or web-based 3D content workflows. - Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie. - Background in global SaaS or tech startup environments. - Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. Critical Skill Set - Figma Expertise (Design + Prototyping) - Design Systems Creation & Management - UX Research & User Flow Design - High-Fidelity UI Design - Cross-functional Collaboration (PMs, Engineers, Content) - Platform Service Planning - Agile Workflow Understanding - Prototyping Tools (Framer, Protopie, etc.) - Visual Communication & Branding Assets - User-Centric Problem Solving
