Your Purpose to the Team: - Mentor & guide junior designers, fostering a high-performance design culture - Create world-class, user-centered designs by considering market research, business goals, user feedback & usability study findings - Drive the end-to-end design process, from research & ideation to wireframing, prototyping & testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that design solutions align with user needs & business objectives What You'll Own & Drive: - Lead user research initiatives that produce data-driven UX solutions that enhance user satisfaction & engagement - Lead & mentor a dedicated design team, fostering collaboration, growth & excellence - Manage & distribute work among junior designers, ensuring optimal productivity - Develop user personas, journey maps & information architecture to create structured & intuitive experiences - Craft high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes & simple yet scalable design systems that improve usability & accessibility - Establish & uphold UX documentation standards, ensuring clarity & consistency across projects - Work closely with product managers, developers & stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals - Oversee project timelines & deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution of UX solutions Requirements What We're Looking For: - 4+ years of UX design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role - Proven ability to lead design strategy, user research & usability testing - Expertise in wireframing, prototyping & interaction design for web & mobile platforms - Strong understanding of information architecture, accessibility & usability practices - Proficiency in Figma & other design & prototyping tools - Excellent storytelling & presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively - Experience in leading teams & mentoring designers
