Experience: 2–4 years

What You'll Do:

- Marketplace Setup & Onboarding:
- Set up and manage storefronts on Amazon US, Etsy, TataCliq Luxury and other relevant marketplaces.
- Handle product listing creation, keyword optimization, A+ content, and brand registry processes.

- Product Upload & Management:
- Coordinate with design and production teams for catalogue curation and listing accuracy.
- Manage pricing strategy, inventory syncing, and shipping details for each market.

- Growth & Marketing Execution:
- Run paid ads on marketplaces (Amazon PPC, Etsy Ads).
- Analyse performance data, sales metrics, and campaign ROI.
- A/B test creatives, titles, and strategies to improve visibility and conversions.

- Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service for timely fulfillment and returns.
- Ensure compliance with international tax, customs, and marketplace policies.

Who You Are:

- 2–4 years of proven experience in Amazon marketplace management (US or India).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Seller Central, Ads Console etc.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO for listings, A+ content, and ads optimization.
- Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where you are the first hire and will build systems from scratch.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Bonus: Experience with handmade, lifestyle, or home decor categories.
