About The Role This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager based in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR functions within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and developing strategies to retain top talent. They will also be tasked with creating and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle employee relations, performance management, and facilitate training and development programs to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, particularly within the IT industry. Qualifications - Extensive experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Retention practices. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards. - Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and training & development initiatives. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to effectively manage and lead a team of HR professionals. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in the IT industry and technical recruitment is highly desirable. Responsibilities The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities to support the company's growth and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various technical and non-technical roles. Managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Designing and implementing employee retention programs that foster engagement and loyalty. Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment standards. Handling employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Overseeing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating feedback sessions. Developing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Additionally, the HR Manager will monitor HR metrics, prepare reports for management, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
