We seek a driven and people-focusedHR Specialistto strengthen our internal HR function and support our recruitment teams in building a high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines. - Maintain and enhance candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS/CRM). - Employee Relations & Engagement - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. - Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies. - HR Policies & Compliance - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, updating as required. - Oversee HR documentation such as contracts, performance appraisals, and employee records. - Training & Development - Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for recruitment teams. - Support continuous professional development initiatives to improve recruiter performance. - Performance Management - Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and KPIs. - Work with department heads to track and improve employee productivity. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in HR roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing agencies. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and MS Office tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
