Roles Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management while supporting our night shift operations. Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process , including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. - Support the onboarding process for employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of onboarding activities. - Provide support for employee relations matters that may arise including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and escalating issues as needed. - Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, processing paperwork related to employee changes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and answering employee inquiries related to benefits. - Assist with the performance management process, including tracking performance evaluations, scheduling feedback sessions, and maintaining performance documentation. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. Qualification: - Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree program in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work night shifts as required by the internship position. - Excellent communication skills mostly in English proficiency will be preferred Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: 8,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 27/10/2025
