Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Team. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation - Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients - Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience and deliver customized solutions - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities - Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics to management - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role - Strong understanding of sales processes, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
