Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience working in the real estate space. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI/ML services. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. Responsibilities - Oversee medium to complex sized projects implemented by teams, maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders across teams to enable effective decision making. - Manage third-party service providers to drive timely execution of initiatives including governance, budgets and milestones to ensure budget delivery and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the program. - Triage technical issues and assess the impact of technical escalations. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and resolve issues across organizations. Evolve program governance structure to increase Return on Investment (ROI) as program matures. - Monitor and leverage AI opportunities as they arise.
