Corporate Books This includes Finalisation of Corporate TB proper allocation of Corporate Cost Managing Accounts Payable including various Centralised Expenses reviewing Fixed Assets reporting ensuring statutory compliances TDS GST ICFR and Managing all kinds of audit Also responsible for PAN India Payroll Accounting and Reporting Key Result Areas Accountabilities Monthly Closing of Corporate Books with BS PL Variance Analysis as per MEC timelines given by Corporate Reporting Team Corporate Cost Allocation to Circles Review of provisions Creditors Advances Accruals as per AGP and Security Deposits Timely payments to Vendors Accounts Payable as per DoA within TAT which includes Centralised Advertising and Publicity Centralised IT Centralised SD Expenses Centralised Tax DT IDT Digital and Enterprise business related expenses This includes foreign as well as domestic payments Both OPEX and CAPEX Need to be clear all urgent and critical payment as per management instruction proactively in co-ordinate with all stakeholdrs CLA SD Payments SLT members Credit card Payment Admin HR payments Legal and Professional expenses to be monitored in detailed with full details and understanding Co-ordinating with Corporate Affairs Team for their vendor payments Ensuring no duplicate excess payments and no unutilized TDS on provisions Timely getting Invoices against advance payments Fixed Assets Accounting and Reporting including IBM Assets under IT Contract AUC provisioning Disposal Transfer of assets IT Commitment cost for NTA PAN India Payroll Accounting and Reporting in co-ordination with HRSSC Compliances related to GST and TDS for Corporate Control over GST Input Credit and timely resolution of mismatch cases in co-ordination with user department SSC and Vendors as required Compliance related to ICFR Statutory Audit and Tax Audit Timely response to audit team with proper co-ordination Business partnering with various departments for any new business proposals understanding deals 360 degree and then guiding users with requirements of Accrual Reporting GST and TDS related guidance and cost allocation ratio inputs etc Continuously looking for process automation and digital initiatives for better efficiencies Keep Team Motivated and ensuring rotation of jobs Core Competencies Knowledge Experience Self driven disciplined Technically sound in areas like IndAS IFRS GST and Tax Compliances like TDS TCS Understanding of Financial Operations and Financial Reporting Effective Team handling experience Knowledge of SAP FI Effective communication skills the role holder needs to interact with senior management cross functional HoDs as well as external stakeholders Must have technical professional qualifications Chartered Accountant SAP FinOps and
