**Job Purpose**

Subsidiary Finance Operation, Insurance Management, Accounting & Settlement of Key Contracts and Treasury Back Office Operations

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**Business Finance - Subsidiary Operations (VIBSL & VF)**
- Assuring timely and accurate monthly closing of financial books.
- Statutory and other compliances related to taxation and other matters
- Preparation of audit schedules, resolution of Audit queries and providing relevant inputs /schedules to auditor.
- Interaction with Statutory auditors and resolving audit queries
- Preparation of monthly P&L and BS variance and mitigation plan on any deviations
- Ensuring timely closure of ICFR compliances
- Ensuring CSR compliances as per CSR regulations
- Coordination with CSR Team for appropriate control in CSR spent and overhead allocation
- Treasury management - Preparation of monthly cash flow and placement of Fixed deposit for interim period
- Handing vendor payments in coordination with SSC Team
- Interaction with Tax Team and Consultants for submission on Tax litigation and handling contingent liabilities

**Insurance Policy placement and Claim Settlement**
- Effective handling of Insurance Policies Renewal & placement of new policy and timely claims follow-up, settlements and reconciliation
- Timely renewal of existing policies and initiate the process of placing new policy in most effect way to cover associated risk at best available rates
- Ensuring appropriate valuation exercise of Cellular Network Policy year 2021-22 for adequacy of sum insured and smooth settlement of claims.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure on Replacement value of Assets for Cellular Network policy and claim settlement
- Settlements of claims in coordination with circles, insurance broker and insurance company in time bound manner
- Monthly claim review meeting with all the stakeholder and taking appropriate actions for nonmoving claims.

**Management of Key Contract**
- Accounts SPOC for preparation of key long term IT outsourcing contracts and managing accounting and reporting of IT cost
- Validation of monthly cost based on methodology mentioned in the agreement highlighting disputes with vendor if any
- Appropriate segregation of IT cost into Capex, Opex and Integration cost after due validation with Technology Team.
- Ensure to track SLA mentioned under agreement and raise penalties in case of non-compliance
- Interacting with IT & MIS team for discussions on identifying Capex and Opex natures of IT cost
- Regular interaction with Vendor for reconciliation of SOA and settlement of monthly dues
- Handling Statutory Audit related to IT outsourcing cost and resolving audit queries.

**Treasury Back Office Operations**
- Independent validation of Forwards contract deals and submission of the underlying documents to Bank
- Review of monthly consolidated Cash Flow and its presentation to Management
- Maintenance of governance, control and records of 350+ Bank accounts relating to
- List of all bank accounts and authorized Signatories of the Company and its subsidiaries
- List of persons authorized to operate Electronic Banking Systems
- Ensuring timely changes in above records based on business need
- Ensuring quarterly Treasury Back office related compliances and Internal audit reporting

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Track record of handling team
- Interpersonal & communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholder
- Innovator and good negotiation skills
- Understanding of SAP/Oracle/ERP
- Experience of Insurance / banking / financial background (preferable but not must)
