Role Enterprise Fin Ops Lead Job Level/ Designation M3/ GM Function / Department Finance Location Mumbai Job Purpose To lead and oversee finance operations of Enterprise Non-Mobility business (NLD, ILD, ISP and other subsidiary companies of VIL). Ensure accurate accounting w.r.t accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, Treasury operations and Taxation (DT and IDT). Ensure effectiveness of Internal Financial controls. Coordination with Internal and External Auditors. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Drive process efficiencies and support business decision-making with timely and accurate financial information. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities - Lead day-to-day finance operations including RTR, PTP, OTC, APA, SAC, Tax and Treasury of Non-Mobility Enterprise Business. - Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities with timeliness and accuracy. - Ensure accruals are backed with proper supporting documents. - Adhere to Company Policies and ensure effectiveness of DOA of the organization. - Preparation and presentation of quarterly financials of the subsidiary companies to the respective Board of Directors. - Accurate cash flow forecasting. - Ensure vendor and customer payments are processed as per agreed timelines. - Control over receivables. - Ensure effectiveness of Internal Financial Controls and review of ICFR evidences as per timelines. - Coordination with Internal and External Auditors to ensure audit findings are addressed appropriately within timelines. - Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act). - Coordination from finances perspective for new product launches. - Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of finance processes. - Implement best practices in financial operations - Monitor KPIs for finance operations and continuously improve efficiency. - Work closely with FP&A and Business teams to provide operational finance insights. - Ensure smooth financial operations to enable business delivery and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Strong leadership and people management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Deep understanding of financial processes and controls. - Strong communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, and regulated environment. Must have technical / professional qualifications - CA with 7-10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Taxation, and Telecom related Regulatory requirements. - Hands-on in ERP (SAP). MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint - Proven track record in managing finance teams in a complex business environment.
