**Job Purpose**

The purpose of this job is to ensure Financial Reporting of Corporate Books is done with accuracy and as per prescribed timelines. This includes Finalisation of Corporate TB with variance analysis, PnL and BS schedules, allocation of Corporate Cost, ICFR and Managing audit.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Monthly Closing of Corporate Books with BS/PL Variance Analysis as per MEC timelines given by Corporate Reporting Team.
- Monthly Review of trial balance including variance analysis
- Preparation and verification of PnL and BS schedules
- Submission of balance sheet Reconciliation
- Check inputs received for provisions/accruals and its ageing and discussion with respective user teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Checking of Open PO report, sharing with respective SSC team/Corporate user team for confirmation to ensure proper provisions are considered in Corporate / Circle books
- Submission of details as required by Corporate reporting team and corporate FPnA team
- Prepare of corporate cost allocation and monthly debit to circles on monthly basis
- Preparation of Final BS/PL Schedule and Review of Schedules received from other team members.
- Handling specific project costs as when required.
- Submission of evidences for ICFR
- Review of centrally managed circle costs mainly Enterprise Network, Digital, DKYC and Enterprise Back office
- Review of circle accrual - Debit Note raised on Circle for circle accrual
- Review of direct costs - Office Gen. Repair, Housekeeping, Rate & Taxes, Insurance, Staff Welfare, Building Security, Printing, Postage, Training on monthly basis
- Employee Insurance - amortization, addition/deletion and recovery from employee in circle books to Corporate books and reconciliation.
- Continuously looking for process automation and digital initiatives for better efficiencies.

- CA or MBA (Finance)
