Responsibilities This role would be 80 recruitment 20 operations Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality Identifying areas of improvement and best practices for HR functions Identify and reach out to possible applicants through various sourcing methods and channels such as job boards social media referrals networking and other avenues Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability and interest Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates and provide feedback and guidance throughout the process Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and hiring activities in the HRIS and other databases Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates hiring managers and external partners Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment as well as the company s policies and goals Experience 4 to 6 years Qualification MMS HR MBA Post graduation degree in Human Resources Desired profile of the candidate Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Recruitment Onboarding or a similar role in a mid-sized organization Candidates having notice period of 15-30 days will be preferred Candidates having experience in similar industry will be an advantage Strong in Recruitment problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights Excellent communication presentation people skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others A passion for HR Talent Acquisition and a curiosity to learn new things and explore new possibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software Experience working with any HRIS tool would be preferred Working on Process Digitalization experience would be more beneficial Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Have you worked in hiring for Marine industry Are you comfortable to travel to Thane wagle estate location Work Location In person
