Job Description – Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Kolshet, Thane

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring for office staff and warehouse/field employees. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, industry networking, and the ability to close positions quickly while ensuring a quality fit.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.


• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.


• Handle hiring for multiple functions:


• Warehouse staff


• Sales & marketing professionals


• Office/administration staff


• Technical/engineering roles for factory & assembly lines


• Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and timelines.


• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to shortlist candidates.


• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports.


• Build a strong database of potential candidates for future requirements.


• Support HR in onboarding and smooth joining of new employees.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).


• 3–5 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/warehousing/sales hiring background preferred).


• Strong sourcing skills on job portals + LinkedIn.


• Ability to handle blue-collar + white-collar hiring.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.


• Self-driven and able to close positions within deadlines.

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month (depending on experience).
