Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in driving end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, leveraging recruitment technology, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
- Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
- Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection.
- Implement and enhance recruitment automation/AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
- Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Key Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a Global Capability Center/shared services setup.
- Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
- Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
- Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
- Familiarity with recruitment automation/AI-enabled tools is a plus.
