Senior Data Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team in Thane, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data science and analytics hiring to support business growth and future capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring, as well as experience in team management, data analysis, and finding trends.

They should also possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The Senior Data Manager will oversee the recruitment process, develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and set clear goals and expectations for the team.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens.
  • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring.
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
