Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for maximum click-through and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency while achieving target KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Manage budgets and bid strategies effectively.
- Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, policies, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for Melbourne-based businesses.
- Google Ads Certification(s) (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) preferred.
- Strong understanding of local SEO, geo-targeting, and Melbourne's consumer behaviour.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise accordingly.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with other digital channels (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Should have familiarity with AUSTRALIAN businesses.
