Key Responsibilities  

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. 
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing opportunities. 
  • Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for maximum click-through and conversion rates. 
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools. 
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance. 
  • Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency while achieving target KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). 
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies effectively. 
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights. 
  • Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, policies, and digital marketing trends. 

Requirements  

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for Melbourne-based businesses. 
  • Google Ads Certification(s) (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of local SEO, geo-targeting, and Melbourne's consumer behaviour. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise accordingly. 
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad content creation. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with other digital channels (Facebook Ads, Ads) is a plus. 
  • Should have familiarity with AUSTRALIAN businesses.
