The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect outreach, and supporting business development activities to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and professional networking. - Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers. - Schedule meetings and demos for the sales leadership team. - Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information. - Follow up on event-based and marketing-qualified leads. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outreach campaigns. - Prepare and share proposals or introductory materials with clients. - Support pre-sales activities and assist with pipeline tracking. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 12 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (preferably in IT or Technology Services). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency with CRM tools ( HubSpot, or similar). - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player. Preferred Skills - Exposure to international sales or B2B clients. - Understanding of IT services/ software services. - Strong written and presentation skills.
