Role Acqusition Lead Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Enterprise Location TNC Job Purpose To manage and drive the market share in order to attain market leadership in territory allocated within the SME segment. Drive growth, in terms of subscriber base, revenues, market share, whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms. Focus on Channel Infrastructure and Channel Eco system to increase the mobility and Non Mobility market share of SME in the market. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities - Company Financial targets: To deliver on the planned nos from SA & Govt Segment thru NCP, To deliver on the planned nos from SA & Govt Segment thru other Enterprise Channels - Operational excellence Coverage: A/C Coverage planning and implementation in allotted zones. - Deliver Big bets Infrastructure-Infrastructure as per set norm for Physical Reach, Drive NCP engagement & run initiatives/programs to drive loyalty and retention - Digital Enablement - Future Fit: Ensure Vi Hub Adoption / NCP app adoption, Drive Digital GTM, Training & Capability build - People: Coordination with different internal teams and Segment vertical to bridge any gap in overall operations, HSW adherence- Team well being & safety Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Must have technical / professional qualifications Experience: 5-7 years plus of channel management ( B2B Business) and people management.
