Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- POSP Agent Management: Manage a team of POSP agents, providing guidance and support in selling insurance products.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate agent performance, offering feedback and support to ensure targets are met.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and generate regular reports.
- Recruitment & Business Expansion: Travel to neighboring districts to recruit new POSP agents and expand the business network.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure business growth and long-term success.
- Training & Development: Provide training to agents on insurance products and sales techniques to improve team performance.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates Requirements: Any Graduate with 25 years of experience in sales and insurance.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in managing and growing a sales team in the insurance industry.
- Understanding of Insurance Products: Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales data and trends.
- Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on business growth.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for recruitment and business development activities.
