Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility for an Inside Sales Consultant. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining communication and relationships with clients. They will assist in creating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and growing the customer base.

Qualifications

- Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the electronics industry or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
