Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Pune. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales activities, responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily tasks such as Calling, conducting property tours, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with property selection based on client requirements.

Qualifications

- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in responding to RFPs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
