Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mahipalpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and handling employee concerns. The HR Manager will also oversee training, development programs, and maintain employee records.

Skills in Performance Management and Compliance with Labor Laws
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and conduct interviews
Strong skills in Onboarding and Handling Employee Concerns
Proficiency in Training and Development Programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
