Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and policy implementation. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
- Strong Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- HR Strategy Development and Implementation Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
