Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and policy implementation. Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • HR Strategy Development and Implementation Skills
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
