This is a full-time role for Area Sales Manager - East He will be responsible for the below functions broadly Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products resulting in new client development Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location east by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets Establish and nurture client relationships Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly setting sales goals analyzing performance data and making forecasts Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them Training session with users New product promotion Identify knowledge skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging them Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Market research for new products new market generation Train lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives Skills Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years sales marketing experience in PPE industry Bachelor s degree in marketing communications business management or related field is preferred Knowledge of market target client product competition Proven track record of meeting sales quotas Proven experience in customer relationship management Excellent management leadership and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to influence others Team player with leadership quality problem-solving capacity Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Compensation As per industry standards Hike over existing package and capability of the candidate It will not a constraint for the right deserving candidate Male candidate within 35 years
