Position – Sales Manager – East India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka
Description –
Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
· Responsible to develop Ink, Resin & Paints, Plastics Chemical Raw Materials and packaging business in - East India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka as per business plan.
· Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned region. This involves analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing sales plans and tactics to capitalize on market dynamics and customer needs.
· Ensure timely collection of payments and smooth transaction processes
Customer Relationship Management:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes conducting regular meetings, providing product information and support, and resolving issues or disputes in a timely manner to maintain customer loyalty and retention
Market Expansion and Business Development:
· Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers within the region to expand the company's presence and market share. This includes prospecting for new leads, networking with industry stakeholders, and leveraging market intelligence to identify and pursue strategic growth initiatives.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
· Monitoring sales performance, analysing sales data, and preparing regular reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and provide insights for decision-making. This involves analysing sales trends, forecasting demand, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives and strategies. This includes sharing market insights, coordinating product launches and promotions, and addressing operational challenges to support the sales function and enhance overall business performance.
· Participating in Business reviews, providing monthly and quarterly Sales updates, and providing ongoing updates to Management.
· Travel within the assigned region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct market research as needed.
· adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines, credit terms, and contract negotiations.
Desired Qualification, Experience and skill:
· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ year experience in sales of chemicals Inks, plastic masterbatch, Resin & Paints Chemical and packaging Raw Materials.
· technical knowledge of printing inks, paints, plastics, masterbatches, resins and packaging raw materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Sales planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60, ₹90,000.00 per month
