It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Understand better who we are by visiting www systra in Context In India SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros High Speed Rail Railways Roads Buildings Urban planning and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations Our unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices We are seeking applications for the position of Technical Project Manager for PMC for upcoming infrastructure development project in Gujarat Missions Main Duties Project Planning Management Lead the end-to-end project delivery process including planning scheduling resource allocation and budgeting Technical Oversight Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements quality standards and best practices are implemented throughout the project lifecycle Stakeholder Coordination Act as a primary point of contact for clients consultants contractors and internal team members facilitate effective communication and decision-making Contract Procurement Management Oversee contract preparation tendering negotiation and manage third-party suppliers and service providers Risk Issue Management Identify project risks and issues proactively develop mitigation plans and ensure both compliance and safety on-site Regulatory Compliance Ensure all project activities comply with relevant local state and international building codes standards and environmental regulations Progress Monitoring Reporting Track progress against key milestones prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Budget Cost Control Monitor project budgets control costs ensure value engineering is practiced and report any deviations Quality Assurance Establish and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of durable and sustainable sports infrastructure Profile Skills Minimum of 15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar assignments MBA or PG in Construction Planning Management or Project Management PMP PRINCE2 Certified Experience of working as project manager on at least 1 large infrastructure project of value more than Rs 1000 crores Ability to problem solve especially in an integrated project delivery environment applying industry best practices Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
