Function: Management -> Technical Product Management In this rapidly evolving automotive world, drivebuddyAI looks for new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead the charge on this mission. The ideal candidate will have decent execution that will help drivebuddyAI expand across the globe as well as across the verticals. This role is ideal for someone with strong people management skills, knowledge and understanding of IOT Product, AI & cloud platform development related to the product. The product is categorised in IOT domain which requires understanding of the verticals to manage cross functional teams and manage deliveries across the product with dependencies. Objectives of this Role - Manage the execution of the project under the product including planning, execution, monitoring. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders including documentation of each - Manage resource allocation & team bandwidth to effectively manage project activities and deliverables - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of the project tasks - Define & Track OKRs, and support performance based evaluations - Handle task planning across R&D, Production & customer level efforts - Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables - Forster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing in hybrid teams - Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles for smooth deliveries - Prepare project-level data for financial reporting and stakeholder visibility Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Electronics or Computer Science - Proven experience as project manager, mandatory with IOT based products or cloud platforms - Strong knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies, tools and framework along with understanding of AI, Data Science & Machine Learning projects - Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teams - Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines - Strong problem solving and decision making abilities with a proactive and solution oriented mindset - Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools - Min. of 4 years of experience of management in AI & Embedded Hardware product development - Strong communicator - verbal and written - Experience with OKR frameworks and performance management
