It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Understand better who we are by visiting www systra in Context In India SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros High Speed Rail Railways Roads Buildings Urban planning and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations Our unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices We are seeking applications for the position of Principal Project Planning Engineer for PMC for upcoming infrastructure development project in Gujarat Missions Main Duties Lead the development of overall master programmers and detailed schedules for sports infrastructure projects using Primavera P6 MS Project or similar Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams architectural civil MEP etc to develop integrated project plans Prepare update and monitor project schedules including work breakdown structures WBS milestone schedules critical path analysis and resource planning Identify schedule risks opportunities propose mitigation strategies and conduct what-if analyses Review and validate contractor schedules methodologies recovery plans and progress reports Implement and maintain progress measurement systems physical and financial progress and dashboard reporting Prepare and present regular project progress reports to client and project leadership teams Ensure planning adherence to contractual technical safety and regulatory requirements Mentor and provide guidance to planning engineers and other junior staff Support claims extension of time EOT and change order evaluation from a planning and scheduling perspective Liaise with external stakeholders and act as the planning point of contact for project management reviews Maintain best practice in planning scheduling and reporting processes Profile Skills Minimum of 15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Large Infrastructure Project Graduate Engineer preferably with Specialization in Project Planning Scheduling Should have completed course in MS Project or any equivalent project management Software Large Infrastructure Project like Smart Cities Industrial town ships Residential Town Ships Hospitals SEZ Special Economic Zone Public Buildings Experience of working as Project Manager on at least 1 large infrastructure project of value more than Rs 2000 crores We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
