
Paid Media Executive

We are seeking a results-driven We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Executive to strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across digital platforms. You will work directly with the Head of Acquisition to maximize ROI, drive high-quality traffic, and boost conversions. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute, and manage SEM, SMM, and other paid media campaigns to achieve ROI and volume objectives.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and ecommerce teams to develop campaigns that align with the brand's ethos and performance goals.
- Manage internal resources or external agencies to deliver, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Analyze creative performance by market and propose new creative ideas in collaboration with the brand team.
- Work on forecasting target assumptions during quarterly and annual budget and forecast periods, coordinating with Design, Technology, and Finance teams.
- Identify data trends and insights, optimizing spends and performance based on findings.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion and audience targeting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing SEM, SMM, and digital media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
