Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy.
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and prepare reports.
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across social channels.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize reach.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Build and nurture online communities to increase brand loyalty and awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
