About the Role:

a leading E-commerce brand for creative display solutions, is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive organic growth across all social platforms.

Youll be the captain of our social media ship — managing content writers, coordinating with motion graphic designers, and ensuring every post, reel, and video resonates with audiences while increasing followers, engagement, and organic reach.

This role goes beyond posting — it's about strategy, planning, execution, and measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the social media content team, coordinating with content writers and motion graphic designers to produce high-quality posts, reels, videos, and posters.
  • Plan, strategize, and execute end-to-end social media campaigns focused on organic growth across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Develop content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans aligned with brand goals and audience behavior.
  • Optimize content for engagement: hooks, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and formats suitable for each platform.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track KPIs like followers, views, engagement rates, and reach, and implement strategies to improve them.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social campaigns with business objectives.
  • Test, iterate, and refine strategies to consistently increase organic visibility and audience interaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in social media management, preferably for E-commerce or digital brands.
  • Proven track record of organic growth on social platforms — increasing followers, views, and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media KPIs, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate content creation, motion graphics, and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to storytelling and audience engagement.
