We're seeking a
Social Media Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and brings fresh ideas, creativity, and strategic thinking to client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and more
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos) aligned with each client's brand voice and objectives
  • Monitor channels daily, engage with communities, and manage online reputation
  • Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Track performance, analyze metrics, and prepare clear monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep strategies innovative and effective
  • Collaborate directly with clients, presenting recommendations and campaign performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of major platforms and their ad tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
