Strategic Lead Generation (60%) - Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns with personalized messaging - Identify and qualify prospects in US/EU markets who match our ideal client profile - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities - Track conversion metrics: outreach conversation qualified lead sales handoff 2. Prospect Research & Qualification (25%) - Research target companies showing signs of: - Rapid scaling (operational bottlenecks) - Technical debt or legacy system pain - Compliance/security requirements - Customer churn or support ticket overflow - Create detailed prospect profiles with pain point analysis - Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria) 3.
