We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the switchgear sector The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial product sales strong leadership qualities and a proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets This individual will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans driving revenue nurturing key client relationships and building a high-performance sales team Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives - Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts - Lead mentor and build a strong team of regional sales managers and executives - Identify emerging markets market shifts and competitor activities and recommend action plans - Set and track sales targets for the team - Foster strong relationships with OEMs EPC contractors consultants and end-users - Collaborate with marketing technical and product development teams to align offerings with customer needs - Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to leadership - Oversee pricing strategies contract negotiations and key account management - Represent the company at trade shows conferences and networking events - Ensure CRM and reporting tools are updated with accurate sales forecasts and customer interactions Key Skills Competencies - Deep understanding of switchgear products MCB RCCB DB CHANGEOVERS ISOLATORS electrical panels and related applications - Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills - High business acumen with strategic thinking abilities - Experience in B2B sales project sales and channel sales management - Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets - Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and support teams Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in electrical Electronic Mechanical Engineering is mandatory - MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred - Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in technical industrial product sales with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role within the switchgear or electrical industry ref updazz com
