Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to spearhead business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The role involves managing end-to-end inside sales operations, driving revenue, achieving P&L targets, and scaling business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and hands-on in execution.
Note: Uplers is hiring on behalf of its client. The selected candidate will be on the client's direct payroll.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders/Assistant Managers.
- Own and deliver territory sales targets revenue growth, P&L management, and business expansion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
- Drive performance management by applying and implementing best-in-class sales and service metrics.
- Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.
- Foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and high ethical standards.
- Monitor and improve sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 49 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with proven expertise in revenue generation and business growth.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing large sales teams (30+ members).
- Strong exposure to P&L management, sales strategy, and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA preferred.
