Job Description Experience - 15+ Years Location - Chennai (WFO Only) - 5 Days Working Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Manager who combines deep technical expertise with strong business and client engagement skills. This role bridges technology, strategy, and customer success leading technical discussions, shaping solution strategies, and driving commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern technologies, architecture, and solution design, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. You will partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and technology teams to craft scalable, innovative, and commercially viable solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead technical and commercial discussions with clients identifying opportunities, defining solution approaches, and shaping proposals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and present end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives. - Translate business requirements into high-level architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps. - Partner with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimations. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance client offerings. - Build strong client relationships through technical credibility and strategic insights. - Drive technical governance and ensure alignment between proposed solutions and implementation feasibility. - Represent the organization in client meetings, workshops, and technology presentations. - Work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities and support account growth. Required Skills & Experience - 15+ years of experience in technology, with a strong foundation in solution architecture, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proven experience in client-facing technical roles presales, solution consulting, or technology strategy. - Strong understanding of application development, data engineering, and integration frameworks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills able to engage both technical and business audiences. - Demonstrated ability to bridge technology and commercial outcomes, balancing innovation with feasibility. - Hands-on experience in at least one modern programming ecosystem (Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python). - Familiarity with DevOps, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong business acumen with the ability to participate in costing, pricing, and ROI analysis. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and technical workshops. Preferred Traits - Strategic thinker with a consultative approach. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Passion for emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, automation, etc.). - Experience engaging with C-suite or senior technology leaders.
