Job Summary:We are looking for a polite, patient, and motivated Telecaller to join our customer support and collections team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to borrowers listed in our internal database, provide clear information about their EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) dues, and guide them through the payment process. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a calm and respectful tone, and the ability to build trust over the phone.
