Job Summary: We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, promoting products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts through phone-based communication. This is a front-line position that requires daily interaction with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects or respond to inbound inquiries, share information about our products/services, and convert those interactions into successful business outcomes. Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.
