Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned lead lists and inbound inquiries to promote Vehicle & Health Insurance .Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, timelines, and eligibility; tailor insurance solutions accordingly.Explain product features, benefits, terms, and premium options clearly and accurately; address objections and close sales.Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM; log calls, messages, quotes, applications, and policy status.Follow up with leads .
