The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products or services, answering queries, and generating leads, appointments, and sales conversions. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in enhancing the company’s revenue and building long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional attitude during all interactions. Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.
