Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues.Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.Sales Support: Assisting with the sales process by providing information, answering questions, and potentially closing deals.Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.Required Skills Technical Skills Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM software.
