Job Description Location: Gurugram (On-Site) Role: Production Director We're a next-gen production studio bringing together storytelling, design, and technology to create stunning visual content from live shoots and CGI to animation and AI-driven videos. We're looking for a Production Director, a powerhouse who can be the partner's right hand and take full ownership of our production ecosystem. Someone who thrives on building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing creative and production team, while driving seamless execution across all verticals. What You'll Own- - End-to-end production leadership across all verticals: - Video Production (studio & outdoor) - Photoshoots - CGI & VFX - Animation - AI Content Studio - Lead and mentor a team of producers, artists, and coordinators to deliver world-class work on time and on budget. - Work with the partner to define and implement the studio's creative and operational strategy. - Oversee idea reviews, treatments, and final assets ensuring creative excellence and technical precision. - Manage client discussions, translate briefs into action plans, and ensure projects exceed expectations. - Build and evolve production systems, vendor networks, and scalable workflows to support growth. Who You Are- - 710+ years of experience running or leading production in a creative agency or production studio. - A true owner you take charge, make decisions, and move things forward. - Equally strategic and hands-on you can review an edit, manage a shoot, or streamline a pipeline. - A team leader who inspires, empowers, and drives accountability. - Comfortable with clients, confident in creative conversations, and calm under pressure. - Strong understanding of production, post-production, CGI, animation, and AI-driven workflows. - Passionate about storytelling, innovation, and building something extraordinary.
