Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales located in Gurgaon. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall sales process. The Director of Sales will also be responsible for monitoring market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in business development and identifying new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the circular economy concepts and sustainability is a plus
