Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR / Noida/ Bangalore



Note: The Person should be local to Delhi NCR or Bangalore


Job Description:


  • Strong track record in IT solution sales.
  • Proven ability to generate $1–2Mn annual revenue exclusively through staffing.
  • Extensive market knowledge and ability to leverage personal/professional networks for business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North and South India.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Direct sales experience with service and captive business; individual contributor role with yearly revenue ownership.
  • Strong experience in acquiring new clients, creating new business opportunities, and managing large captive accounts.
  • Good understanding of the Captives industry, with added exposure to Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure markets.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing presentations, discussions, and price/contract negotiations.
  • A go-getter who can drive internal teams towards achieving defined goals.
