xb7 In this role the Admin Execute is responsible to provide administrative support to Engineering Department They are required to work under minimal to nil supervision on Daily Weekly and Monthly MIS Billing and Utilization reports Your success will be measured by your ability to keep tasks on track support the functional team and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations directly impacting Oceaneerings ability to deliver exceptional results to the stakeholders xc2 xb7 This position is based in Chandigarh Pune xc2 xb7 This position will require working from the office full time xc2 xb7 Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 0-10 of the yearDuties ResponsibilitiesDuties and ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL xc2 xb7 Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems MIS xc2 xb7 Create and update records and databases with personnel financial asset contact list and other data xc2 xb7 Preparing utilization reports and presentations retrieve information when requested xc2 xb7 Scheduling and coordinating meetings interviews events and other similar activities xc2 xb7 Ordering maintaining and distributing office stationery items xc2 xb7 Coordinating with various departments like Facility IT HR etc as and when needed xc2 xb7 Managing inventory of computer hardware printers etc xc2 xb7 Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements calling for repairs maintaining equipment inventories evaluating new equipment and techniques xc2 xb7 Maintaining Engineering library distribution and recovery of books xc2 xb7 Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies verifying receipt of supplies xc2 xb7 Track calendars appointments of management team and help with meeting set-ups xc2 xb7 Arrange all facilities equipment required for various events meeting training sessions and maintain assets that are in custody of Engineering team xc2 xb7 Assist Engineering team members make travel arrangements as and when needed xc2 xb7 Prepare expenses reports for senior management personnel xc2 xb7 Create work instructions xc2 xb7 Review work performed by other team members xc2 xb7 Guide and mentor other team members xc2 xb7 Provide general support to visitorsNON-ESSENTIAL xc2
